REFEREEING PROPOSAL
The league is proposing for next season that all Under 15's and Under 16's Kernow matches are controlled only by officially qualified referees.
There will be a pool of officials which will be allocated by the management committee and should be neutral to both clubs.
Match fees for the official, about £20 including travelling, to be paid by the home club. It is envisaged that some form of assistance may be available from the league although what form this takes is open to debate.
It must be stressed that this scheme is in it's early stages of planning and has many hurdles to cross. It is however important that we get a feed back from clubs involved.
